Terms of service
PAPERFORGE WHOLESALE LIMITED
Last updated: 6 August 2026
These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of our website, online store, wholesale catalogue, product pages, quote request forms, checkout, customer account features and related services provided through https://paperforgewholesale.com/.
By visiting our website, browsing our catalogue, requesting a quote, placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to updates, contacting us or using any part of our online store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or place an order.
These terms apply to purchases made directly from PAPERFORGE WHOLESALE LIMITED through our website. They do not apply to purchases made through third-party marketplaces, third-party retailers or other websites.
Nothing in these Terms of Service affects any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
1. Company information
This website is operated by:
PAPERFORGE WHOLESALE LIMITED
Company number: 17381928
Business address: 17 City North Place, London, N4 3FU, United Kingdom
Email: sale@paperforgewholesale.com
In these Terms of Service, “PAPERFORGE WHOLESALE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PAPERFORGE WHOLESALE LIMITED. “You” and “your” refer to the person, business, school, organisation, office, retailer, buyer or other customer using our website or purchasing products from us.
2. About our business
PAPERFORGE WHOLESALE LIMITED operates as a wholesale stationery and office supply business. Our product range may include stationery, writing supplies, filing and organisation products, paper goods, desk essentials, school supplies, creative materials and related workplace products supplied in packs, boxes, cases or other wholesale quantities.
Our website is primarily designed for business customers, retailers, schools, offices, workplaces, organisations, resellers and professional buyers who purchase products in wholesale quantities.
Products may be supplied in pack quantities, box quantities, case quantities or other minimum order quantities. Customers are responsible for reviewing product pages, pack contents, minimum order quantities, prices, delivery information and order details before placing an order.
3. Business and wholesale customers
Our website is intended mainly for wholesale and professional purchasing. If you place an order for business, trade, resale, educational, institutional, office, workplace or professional use, you confirm that you are acting as a business customer unless we clearly agree otherwise in writing.
Business customers are responsible for ensuring that the products, quantities, pack sizes, delivery requirements and intended use are suitable before placing an order.
Business customers do not automatically have the same change-of-mind cancellation rights as consumers under distance selling rules. Returns and refunds for business and wholesale orders are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and these Terms of Service.
4. Consumer customers
Although our website is primarily intended for business and wholesale customers, if you purchase from us as a consumer and applicable UK consumer law applies, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms of Service.
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions. Further information is provided in our Return and Refund Policy.
5. Use of our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, overload, impair or interfere with our website, systems, checkout, payment processing, customer service, quote request process or other users.
You must not:
- Use our website for fraud, unlawful activity or misleading transactions;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, customer accounts, payment systems or business information;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, harmful code, bots, scraping tools or automated misuse tools;
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, republish, sell or exploit our website content without permission;
- Misuse product reviews, forms, quote requests, checkout, discount codes, promotions or customer support channels;
- Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information when placing an order, requesting a quote or contacting us.
We may suspend, restrict or refuse access to our website if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or if access creates a security, fraud, legal, commercial or operational risk.
6. Eligibility to place orders
By placing an order or requesting a quote, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- You are at least 18 years old or authorised to act on behalf of the business, school, organisation or buyer you represent;
- The information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date;
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided at checkout;
- You are authorised to place the order or request the quote on behalf of the relevant business or organisation, where applicable;
- You are purchasing the products for lawful use.
7. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product names, descriptions, specifications, images, prices, pack contents, unit information, box quantities, case quantities, minimum order quantities and availability accurately.
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, packaging, labels, minor design details, branding, assortment mixes or product presentation may vary depending on screen settings, supplier updates, manufacturing changes, product batches or availability.
Product descriptions are intended to help customers understand what is included, how the item is supplied and what quantity is being purchased. You should review the full product page before ordering, including pack contents, minimum order requirements and any product-specific information.
We may update product information, pricing, descriptions, images, quantities, pack structures or availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted unless there is an obvious error or we contact you to agree a change.
8. Pack quantities and minimum order quantities
Many products are sold in wholesale quantities rather than single retail units. Product pages may refer to packs, boxes, cases, sets, retail packs, wholesale units, minimum order quantities or minimum order values.
You are responsible for checking the quantity supplied before placing an order. This includes checking whether the product is sold per item, per pack, per box, per case, per set or another wholesale unit.
Where minimum order quantities apply, orders must meet the relevant minimum quantity or minimum value shown on the product page or during checkout. We may refuse, cancel or adjust orders that do not meet applicable wholesale order requirements.
9. Quote requests and larger orders
You may contact us to request a quotation for larger, mixed-category or custom wholesale requirements. Quote requests do not create a binding contract unless we accept the order in writing or through checkout and payment is completed where required.
Quotations may be subject to product availability, pack quantities, delivery destination, payment terms, supplier availability, delivery costs and any expiry date stated in the quotation.
We may correct errors in quotations, product information, quantities, prices or delivery information before accepting an order.
10. Product availability
Products are subject to availability. Because wholesale stock, supplier stock feeds and warehouse quantities may change quickly, availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and processed.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer a replacement, alternative product, delayed fulfilment, partial fulfilment, credit note or refund. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund the relevant amount paid.
11. Prices, taxes and delivery charges
Product prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
Prices may be shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Delivery charges, taxes and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order, where applicable.
VAT, taxes or duties may be shown or charged where applicable depending on the order, customer location, delivery destination, tax status and legal requirements. If VAT is not charged, no VAT amount should be treated as included unless a valid VAT invoice or checkout tax calculation clearly states otherwise.
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout or in writing.
12. Pricing and website errors
We try to ensure that prices, descriptions, product quantities, minimum order quantities, delivery charges and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur.
If we discover an obvious error in the price, description, quantity, availability, promotion, minimum order requirement or delivery cost of a product you ordered, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with corrected information or cancel the order.
We are not required to supply a product at an incorrect price or quantity where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake.
13. Orders and order acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Service.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has already been accepted, dispatched or fulfilled.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including where:
- The product is unavailable;
- There is an obvious pricing, quantity, product information or availability error;
- The order does not meet applicable minimum order quantities or minimum order values;
- Payment is declined, reversed, disputed or cannot be verified;
- The order appears fraudulent, suspicious or unlawful;
- The shipping address is incomplete, invalid or unsupported;
- We are unable to fulfil the order through our supplier, warehouse or fulfilment partner;
- The order breaches these Terms of Service or applicable law.
If we refuse or cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
14. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout or otherwise agreed by us in writing.
Payment options may include card payments, Shopify-supported payment methods or other payment providers displayed on our website. For approved business customers or larger wholesale orders, alternative payment arrangements may be offered at our discretion.
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment card details on our own systems.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information. If payment is declined, reversed, disputed or suspected to be fraudulent, we may suspend, delay or cancel the relevant order.
15. Fulfilment and delivery
Orders may be fulfilled directly by PAPERFORGE WHOLESALE LIMITED or through trusted suppliers, warehouses, fulfilment partners, logistics providers and courier companies.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only unless we specifically state otherwise. Delivery may be affected by stock availability, supplier processing times, warehouse processing times, courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, incorrect address information, wholesale order size or events outside our reasonable control.
If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately, arrive in separate parcels, arrive on different dates or be dispatched from different fulfilment locations.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by you.
16. Delivery problems
If your order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit or shown as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible at: sale@paperforgewholesale.com.
We may need to review tracking information, courier records, delivery confirmation, fulfilment status, supplier records, warehouse records and any evidence you provide. We will work with the courier, supplier, warehouse or fulfilment partner to investigate and resolve the issue where reasonably possible.
17. Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment for the order.
For business customers, if goods are delivered to a carrier, warehouse, receiving department, loading bay, collection point, fulfilment destination or other location nominated by you, delivery may be treated as completed when the goods are delivered to that nominated location.
18. Order cancellation before dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at: sale@paperforgewholesale.com.
We will try to cancel the order before it is processed. However, wholesale orders may be sent quickly to suppliers, warehouses or fulfilment partners for picking, packing or dispatch, so cancellation before dispatch cannot always be guaranteed.
If the order has already been dispatched, it may need to be handled as a return request under our Return and Refund Policy.
19. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged goods, faulty products, incorrect items, shortages and cancellation rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
For business and wholesale customers, change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted and must be approved by us in writing. We may refuse a business return where the goods were supplied correctly, are not faulty and the return is requested because the buyer changed their mind, ordered too much, selected the wrong item or no longer requires the stock.
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer law, subject to legal exceptions.
Please do not send products to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. The correct return address may be different from our business address and may depend on the product type, supplier, warehouse, fulfilment partner or courier arrangement.
To request a return, refund, replacement, credit note or cancellation, contact us at: sale@paperforgewholesale.com.
20. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described products
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your statutory rights where they apply. If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, short-shipped, materially not as described or not fit for its ordinary purpose, please contact us promptly.
Please provide your order number, affected product name, quantity affected, photos or videos where relevant, and a clear description of the issue.
Products damaged by misuse, incorrect storage, unsuitable conditions, moisture, heat, contamination, modification, resale handling, poor stock rotation, unauthorised repair, third-party relabelling, customer packaging, or normal wear and tear may not qualify as faulty.
21. Inspection of wholesale goods
Business and wholesale customers should inspect goods promptly after delivery and notify us of any damaged, incorrect, missing, short-shipped or visibly defective items as soon as possible.
Delayed reporting may make courier, supplier, warehouse or insurance investigation more difficult and may affect the remedies available where permitted by law.
22. Product use and storage
You are responsible for storing and handling products appropriately after delivery.
Stationery, paper goods, creative materials, filing products and office supplies should be stored in suitable conditions and protected from moisture, excessive heat, direct sunlight, contamination, crushing, heavy impact or other conditions that may damage the goods.
Products used for resale should be checked by the business customer before resale to ensure that packaging, labels, quantities and presentation are suitable for the intended resale channel.
23. Product advice and website content
Any product guidance, catalogue information, suggested use, business purchasing guidance, FAQs or support information on our website is provided for general information only.
You are responsible for deciding whether a product, pack quantity, order size or delivery arrangement is suitable for your business, school, office, retail store, organisation or intended use.
24. Customer accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it has been misused, compromised, used fraudulently, used for suspicious ordering activity or used in breach of these terms.
25. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes, promotional offers, sale prices, wholesale offers and special pricing are subject to the terms displayed with the promotion or agreed in writing.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, may be limited to certain products or customers, may have expiry dates, may be withdrawn at any time and may not be combined with other offers.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse or reverse a discount where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, incorrectly or in breach of the promotion terms.
26. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, rating, testimonial, comment, photo, video or other content to us or through our website, you confirm that the content is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You must not submit content that is false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, unlawful, offensive, spam, promotional without permission, confidential, commercially sensitive or unrelated to the product or service.
We may moderate, remove or refuse to publish reviews or user content where we reasonably believe it breaches these terms, is unlawful, is misleading, contains personal data that should not be public, contains confidential business information or is otherwise inappropriate.
By submitting user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and share that content for the purposes of operating our website, displaying reviews, improving our services and promoting our products, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
27. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, design, graphics, logos, icons, product presentation, page layouts, images, photographs, videos, product descriptions, catalogue structure and branding, is owned by or licensed to PAPERFORGE WHOLESALE LIMITED unless stated otherwise.
You may use our website for legitimate purchasing and information purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, republish, sell, exploit or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
28. Third-party services and links
Our website may include links to third-party websites or services, including payment providers, Shopify services, courier tracking pages, social media platforms, review tools or other external websites.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party websites may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
29. Privacy and personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you may have.
By using our website, requesting a quote or placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy, including where necessary for order processing, fulfilment, delivery, payment, fraud prevention, customer support, returns and legal compliance.
30. Availability of the website
We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available at all times.
We may suspend, withdraw, update or restrict access to all or part of the website for maintenance, security, operational, legal or business reasons.
31. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of mandatory statutory rights.
Subject to the above, PAPERFORGE WHOLESALE LIMITED is not responsible for:
- Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order;
- Losses caused by incorrect product selection, incorrect quantity selection, unsuitable ordering, over-ordering or failure to review pack quantities before checkout;
- Losses caused by incorrect storage, misuse, modification, relabelling, repackaging, resale handling or failure to inspect goods after delivery;
- Losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by you;
- Business losses where legally excludable, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings or business interruption;
- Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control;
- Third-party courier delays, customs delays or service provider failures, except where we remain legally responsible.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
32. Business customer liability
If you purchase as a business customer, we exclude implied warranties, conditions and liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
For business customers, our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Business customers are responsible for checking product suitability, pack quantities, minimum order quantities, resale suitability, storage requirements and delivery requirements before purchasing or using products.
33. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. These may include courier delays, supplier disruption, warehouse disruption, strikes, transport delays, customs delays, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, cyber incidents, technical failures, power failures, changes in law or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If such an event affects your order, we will try to contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact where possible.
34. Changes to these Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website, products, wholesale order process, fulfilment arrangements, service providers, legal requirements or operational practices.
The version of the Terms of Service that applies to your order is the version available on our website at the time you place your order, unless a change is required by law.
35. Severability
If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
36. Transfer of rights
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Service to another organisation, for example in connection with a business sale, restructuring, merger or transfer of our website or operations.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without our prior written consent, unless the law allows otherwise.
37. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you are a consumer living outside the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
If you are a business customer, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service, our website or any order placed with us.
